Beware. Dodgy folks. Poor communication, inaccurate communication, no product, no refund. Wish I had read reviews. Save your money.
I ordered a poster on 7/2/2020 and never received it. Allposters kept telling me there was a delay and it would be received soon. In August still no poster! At the end of August I requested a refund and now it is September and still no refund! The guarantee is fictitious and for that matter so are their products. *******628246 is the order number and now their statement shows the order is cancelled... so where is my money?

I get it... it's a poster company probably with inadequate staff and poor management who seemingly want to sell posters with their abundant adds, etc. However, it takes forever for them to just ship it out and when it goes out, your shipping is the slowest I've ever seen. I could have driven there, picked it up and driven back before it even came close to a delivery. Once that poster is shipped then that's when the umbilical cord is cut and they no longer care. If you have issues, that's when you find out that they REALLY don't care. I will not purchase anything else from them again.
I ordered ONE poster almost a week ago. Immediately my bank statement showed I was charged FIVE times for the same order. I contacted them and they basically told me “we do that to make sure funds are available for your purchase” and “it will only show that you’ve been charged once, when your order ships”. Well that was a week ago. My one poster still has not shipped and my statement now shows I was charged twice for this. First and last time I order anything from them.
I ordered ONE poster. My bank statement showed 5 duplicate charges from this company. I contacted them to ask why I was charged FIVE times for ONE order and they basically said "to make sure you have money in your account" and "it should be cleared" when your item ships. Well, here we are a week later and my item still hasn't been shipped.
I ordered a poster over five weeks ago and still have not received it. After calling continuously for days, I was told that they would escalate my order and would be overnighted! Never happened! Customer Service advised that they did a "reshipment" and I would receive the order in 2-3 business days. To date, no poster! Horrible customer service. Everyone you deal with are total morons!
AllPosters.com used to be great. I purchased more than one framed poster from them many years ago. Shipping was fast and efficient. It is now a MONTH since I ordered a poster from them (no frame) and I am still waiting for it. It is supposedly shipped via FedEx from Ohio, but they must’ve paid the cheapest shipping option possible because it has been sitting in a town 30 minutes from me for 3 days. Before it was shipped, the status just said processing for a few weeks. When I contacted customer service, the person who responded couldn’t help because she didn’t have insight into the actual status of my order. Way to set your frontline people up for failure! Meanwhile, they were sure to get paid right away. This is not the company it used to be. What a shame! I will avoid this at all costs in the future and suggest you do too!
Ordered a 24x36 canvas poster—sent me the first one, the image was crooked and misaligned. I reached out to customer service and they asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I requested a replacement and again, the second canvas was misaligned and at a ridiculous angle. I reached out to customer service and requested a full refund. I'm convinced there is no quality assurance or quality control at this organization.
I ordered an 18x24 poster on APRIL 9, 2021, and in their website it says posters usually ship out within 24 hours. Well it’s been 21 days and I still don’t have my poster. I got a notification from Allposters.com that my poster was being shipped on April 26, and a tracking number was provided for FedEx. For 4 days afterwards on the FedEx website for tracking there was no movement from the package, still in Ohio. There were no other details about my order or estimated arrival time. I sent 3 emails to Allposters.com customer service dept asking about why there is a delay in my order and to just cancel my order. I got NO
RESPONSE from them.
I just want to get a refund and be done with this HORRIBLE company. Really poor customer service. They are basically liars because they didn’t ship my poster with 24 hours, then they tell me it’s being shipped when in fact it’s probably awaiting pickup from FedEx, and they LIE again because they say customer satisfaction is their goal. What a JOKE. Don’t buy from these people. Obviously not a reputable company. Go elsewhere to get your art and prints and save yourself aggravation! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Buyer beware!!!!
One month after I made an order for 2 posters, I had received 1 poster. Their excuse was they had to wait for their supplier to send them. This is a middle man and nothing more. I went to Zazzle for 4 posters, received them within 4 days, for less money. I will never do business again. Now I have to deal with getting jerked around on the second poster.
This website seems like a total scam. I ordered a poster from their website almost 2 weeks ago and paid for expedited shipping. The poster was supposed to arrive 4 business days after I placed the order, but I have not received the poster or any additional information about the status of my order. I have tried contacting them about this and haven't heard anything back. Do not use this website if you can avoid it. Hopefully I can get my money back. Also their "Live Chat" button on their website doesn't work so good luck actually contacting them.
Edit: After I basically threatened to go through my bank to get my money back after paying for expedited shipping they responded and said that their “processing” time isn’t included in their estimated arrival time. However I checked their website and it says that processing for a single unframed poster should take about 24 hours. But it had been over 2 weeks before I heard anything from them. It seems that money loss is the only thing that will make them move so after my complaint they labeled my poster as a priority and got it out to me fairly quickly after that. I would still be cautious about using their website. They are not forthcoming about expected delays when they clearly know that long processing times are an issue.
Made a pretty decent size order (>$150) and was not happy with the fact that I had to pay $25 shipping on top of that - but decided to go ahead anyway - I am in Canada and ordered through allposters.ca
When my package was to arrive - discovered that on top of shipping, I was required to pay over $25 in duty as well. So for a $150 order, paying $50 in shipping and Duty - not a good ratio.
Checked their Terms and Conditions and there is no mention of Duty fees to Canada. Tried a dummy order just to see if there is a mention of this anywhere and nothing.
Reached out to their customer service and they had nothing to say. Other than you can refuse the package and send it back.
Unfortunately can't find all of these items on other sites, otherwise I would.

Ordered a giclee print from allposters.com. Poster arrived in a timely manner but the USPS delivered it to my garage door rather that the sidewalk leading to my house. I left for work and backed over the package which crumbled the print. Oh, the print, I felt was very poor quality, dull colors and a print that looked like it was somehow out of focus. I could have gone to Spencer's and bought a quality poster for a third of what I paid for this.
So when I went to the site, it told me "It looks like you are shopping from Canada, click here to go to allposters.ca" and I clicked it. I thought that meant prices were then in CAD as nowhere did it say that prices were in USD. Then after that, I was charged an additional 20% or more of the cost of my order for duties! Craziness. Would not order again from Canada. Shipping was very expensive already ($20) but I thought it'd be worth it to find some rare pieces... well after all this... it's not really worth it. I am very glad that I bought posters that were on sale at least.
If you are in the US or can ship to a US address, may be worth it. But watch for sales - prices and selection changes daily so you could pay full price one day, half price literally the next... so I'd wait for sales!
